Facilities: Offers basic recording techniques, plus individual instruction on the latest ProTools systems. Omega is an DIGIDESIGN AUTHORIZED TRAINING SCHOOL--all instructors are Pro Tools certified. Day & evening schedules available.
Exact Duration: 9 Months (DAY), 13 Months (EVE)
Emphasis: Basic recording, production and editing techniques using both analog and digital methods, including ProTools Certification.

Electronic Music Synthesizers & MIDI

Emphasis: Prepares student for entry-level in synth/sampler/sequencer operation for studio and live performance.

Essentials of Music Business and Artist Management

Facilities: Students learn from an entertainment lawyer, a record retailing executive, a radio production director, and a professional concert promoter. Offered only in the evenings.
Exact Duration: 3.5 Months (EVE Program only)
Emphasis: Detailed information regarding standard business practices used by managers, promoters, retailers and record companies.

Facilities: Uses Omega Studios, a 4-studio Neve VR-Flying Faders/SSL/API facility established in 1966. Students perform sessions, projects and labs in the classrooms and studios. Day & evening schedules available.
Exact Duration: 9 Months (DAY), 14 Months (EVE)
Emphasis: Theory and hands-on training on Neve, Flying Faders, SSL, ProTools, API and other professional equipment

Sound Reinforcement for Live Performance
