AES 50th Conference—Audio Education

The Audio Engineering Society is pleased to offer sponsorship opportunities for its first conference dedicated specifically to audio education.  The 50th International Conference will be held July 25-27, 2013 on the campus of Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tennessee (USA). This inaugural audio education conference will focus on teaching methods, instructional resources, learning outcomes, technical operations, areas for research, and similar topics that are relevant to organizations and individuals who provide theoretical and practical training in all areas of audio engineering.

The conference program includes peer-reviewed paper and poster presentations, workshops, case studies and discussions among professional audio educators, trainers, and administrators.  While there will not be a traditional exhibit floor at the conference, a small number of demo rooms will be available to sponsors, creating an opportunity to connect directly with faculty and trainers from audio education programs world-wide.  Two levels of sponsorship are available:

Conference Sponsor: $600
Includes a demo room during the conference.  Also, your company logo will be visible on the conference website, promotional materials and within the conference facilities.  Includes one conference pass for a staff member to attend papers or workshops.

Special Event Sponsor: $1200
Includes a demo room during the conference.  Also, your company logo will be visible on the conference website, promotional materials and within the conference facilities.   Includes one conference pass for a staff member to attend papers or workshops.  In addition, the special event sponsors will be the exclusive sponsor of one of the two evening social events: a Nashville studio tour or the conference banquet.
