Kazuhiko Kawahara, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor at Department of Acoustic Design, School of Design, Kyushu University. His research field is electro-acoustics and audio signal processing.
He is interested in loudspeakers' evaluation and their application technology (utilize their characteristics). Signal Processing in Audio Networking is his current research field. On the other hand, he is also involved with education of Technical Listening Training (TLT). This is a training improve Listening ability.
Not only in his university, he works as an evangelist of TLT. He made technology transfer to a lot of sites, universities and companies.
