The file is named AES70-3-2024-240412.xmi and is in XMI 2.1 format, which is a standard interchange format for UML, as defined in ISO/IEC 19509:2014.
The XML file is normative.

The file is named AES70-3-2024-240412.eap and is in EAP format.
The EAP file is informative and are included for ease of reference.
The EAP file may be read by Enterprise Architect, a UML tool from Sparx Systems, www.sparxsystems.com. Sparx Systems offers a free EAP file reader with non-expiring license. Windows, Linux, and MAC OS versions are available.

Calls for Comment are open for six weeks from the date of publication.

This document was developed by a writing group of the Audio Engineering Society Standards Committee (AESSC) and has been prepared for comment according to AES policies and procedures. It has been brought to the attention of International Electrotechnical Commission Technical Committee 100. Existing international standards relating to the subject of this document were used and referenced throughout its development.
