About

My passion for audio started as a child. It evolved from a talking telephone, reel-to-reel recorders, cassette recorders, guitars-effects pedals and amplifiers, intercoms, high school electronics shop projects, a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with an audio concentration, a computer based project studio - and has evolved to a career in commercial audio systems engineering.

I'm currently a hands-on engineer who owns and runs a commercial sound and music systems business which produces both typical and atypical systems designed to deliver: optimum speech intelligibility, accurate music reproduction, uniform coverage and user-friendly operation.

As a side business, I also digitize, restore and convert treasured records, tapes and other recordings into modern formats. (Audio: conversion, duplication, editing, enhancement, restoration, transfer and more.)
