Where to Go to Register
As you enter the Jacob Javits Convention Center, New York, from the south you will enter into the Crystal Palace atrium. In front of you will be both the AES New York registration area on the right and the NAB NY Show registration on your left. Please collect your AES Badge from the AES Registration desks.
Proceed on the same floor to the main exhibition hall (3E), which contains the AES NY exhibition, stages, pavilions and demo rooms. You can access the NAB NY exhibition through the AES exhibit hall. Down the stairs, escalators and elevators to level two, you will find more AES demo rooms on the first corridor on your left, from room 2D01.
On the 1st Floor you will find further demo rooms and the AES Technical program sessions and special events room (1E). The food court and other amenities are easily accessible from all floors.
