Owen Curtin started to teach audio at Emerson College in 2002 and founded Bridge Sound and Stage in 2008. His enthusiasm for DIY was born through the necessity of studio ownership and has inspired him to build kits as well as his own designs. Owen founded the Audio Builders Workshop through which he produces Youtube content, seminars, group builds, and factory tours with the mission of fostering the DIY tradition in audio engineering. In 2018, he became the Program Chair for Audio Builders Workshop at AES 145.
