Input from M. Natter on usage of 'mini-XLR' connectors for balanced and unbalanced applications awaited and promised. Woodgate proposed that an Annex is inappropriate for the new material; it should be main text.
AES26-R: Review of AES26-2001 (r.2007): AES recommended practice for professional audio - Conservation of the polarity of audio signals
AES45-R: Review of AES45-2001 (r.2006): AES standard for single programme connectors - Connectors for loudspeaker-level patch panels

AES-X105: (D105) Modified XLR-3 Connector for Digital Audio
To move to PCFC.
AES-X123: (D123) XL Connectors to Improve Electromagnetic Compatibility

SC-05-02 Chair to consider simplification of constraints on application.
AES-X189: (D189) Connector for surround microphones
The AES-X189 project passed from SC-04-04 to SC-05-02.
The AES-X189 project further strengthens the desirability of a D-liaison with IEC SC48B, already indicated by several other SC-05-02 projects. Secretariat to pursue.
Woodgate proposed a questionnaire on sealed connectors for outdoor loudspeakers, and passed details of an Amphenol connector used by one international manufacturer to the Secretariat.
There was no new business.
