Registration to the AES 60th Conference (at Delegate or Student rate) includes free access to the following social program activities.
Wednesday Feb. 3, 2016, 17:00 – 18:00 (Conference Venue)
The afternoon program of the first conference day will be followed by a Welcome Reception in the ancient cloisters of the conference venue. All conference attendees are warmly invited to attend this reception.
Wednesday Feb. 3, 2016, 21:00 – 22:00 (Place to be confirmed)
On Wednesday evening a social event will be organized for all conference attendees. More details will soon be posted, but we can already reveal that music as well as reverberation will play a key role ...
Thursday Feb. 4, 2016, 19:00 – 22:00 (Conference Venue)
On Thursday evening, all conference attendees are invited to join for the Conference Banquet, which is included in the registration fee for Students as well as Delegates. The Banquet will take place in the Ulysses Restaurant located inside the Conference Venue.
