Very happy to announce that the AES New York section has put together an amazing event on Wednesday the 19th at 6 PM during the upcoming NY AES convention next week. We're having a party at one of New York City's newest and best pROduction rooms - Acosta Park Studio.
In addition to the studio there is a massive ambient space (5,000 SQ ft) where the DJ will select for us and let the music play!
Located on W26th str. off of 11th Ave., very close to the Javitz center.
Proper working elevator banks so wait time will be minimal, proper HVAC so rooms will be comfortable - whatever the temperature will be that evening.
The event is sponsored by several great audio companies including in the AP1 Room, Eventide, Apogee. Co sponsored by Empirical Labs, Wave Distro and Strauss Elektroakustik.
The NF-3 Nearfield monitors, PA-100 stereo power amplifier - will be setup in AP2 control room.
Join us for snacks, drinks, give aways, demos in the two Control rooms and a great opportunity for everyone to get back together as well as celebrate with anyone coming into town.
The invite passes will be handed out at various booths during the AES convention on Wednesday at Eventide and Apogee booths and by several AES NY Committee members that will be walking the floor and attending panels.
