Attendees arrived early and stayed late while involved in lively discussions about upcoming events and activities, plus reports on the recent New York AES Convention. Of particular interest was a discussion about how best to answer inquiries from interested parties about pursuing a career in audio. In addition, even more cooperation with other AES sections and allied organizations such as ASA and NARAS was planned for the year ahead along with an exploration of possible ways to support the Webster University Student AES Section's "Central Region Audio Student Summit" in the spring. Several current and former members participated in the meeting via a Facebook Live stream originated by Vice-Chair Paul Hennerich. Next meeting January 13, 2019.
