Other business or activities at the meeting: Annual meeting with elections. During this meeting we approved a new status of the Section to comply with the new Civil Code which came to power at the beginning of 2014.

The annual meeting of the Czech Section was held on Dec 5. After the elections the technical program took place. The topics were: Future of the digital radio broadcasting (Pavel Stranak), Master program on Audio Engineering at Technical university in Pilsen (Jiri Schimmel), Monitoring of loudness of TV programmes (Jiri Stifter), Acoustic musical instruments in computers (Daniel Fikejz), Applications of multichannel audio formats (Martin Vondrasek and Karel Motl). Because of discussions that followed every contribution we had to cancel breaks to finish before the scheduled end.
