Students setting up a session for the Northampton, MA based band The Sun Parade at TELEFUNKEN Elektroakustik
University of Hartford's AES members were able to view the production rooms, assembly rooms, and recording studio facilities during a tour of TELEFUNKEN Elektroakustik. A presentation covering the history of TELEFUNKEN and the company's new and current product lines was also given as a part of the event. Afterwards, students were given the opportunity to set up and engineer a session (featuring Northampton, MA based band The Sun Parade) using historic microphones from Neumann, AKG, Sennheiser, Sony, RCA & TELEFUNKEN.
