Claudio Becker-Foss studied Audio Engineering at the Institute of Music and Media (IMM) in Düsseldorf, Germany. He is co-founder of DirectOut GmbH, Manufacturer for professional audio equipment based in Germany and responsible for the IP-based product range of the company. As most engineers at DirectOut he still knows well the user perspective, being freelance engineer for WDR television in Cologne and recording producer of classical music.
