In honor of Black History Month and in loving memory of educator and AES Member Jay Henry, AES is publicly sharing the video "African Americans in Audio from our AES Live: Videos collection, recorded at the 147th AES Convention in New York City in 2019.

Watch this extraordinary gathering of renowned engineers, performers, and educators for a discussion on how African Americans have been blazing trails behind the scenes in the recording industry and how we can best engage and welcome them to access the social and scholarly networks that have benefited us all.
