The agenda, and the report of the previous meeting, 2006-10, were accepted as written.
Open projects
AES-4id-R: Review of AES-4id-2001: AES information document for room acoustics and sound reinforcement systems - Characterization and measurement of surface scattering uniformity.
This was posted in SC-04-01 after termination of SC-04-02; at the moment no activities. It was felt that this project should be transferred to the new maintenance group.
AES20-R: Review of AES20-1996 (r2002): AES recommended practice for professional audio - Subjective evaluation of loudspeakers
This was assigned to SC-04-01 after termination of SC-04-07; at the moment there is no activity.
This meeting felt that this project should be transferred to the new maintenance group. In the meantime, unless they hear to the contrary from you by 2007-11-14, the secretariat will proceed with the publication of a Call for Comment for Reaffirmation of AES20-1996 (r2002).

AES-X081: Liaison with International Organisation for Standardization

This is temporarily transferred to our group and will be transferred to the new maintenance group by the Standards Manager
AES-X083 Loudspeaker Polar Radiation Measurements Suitable for Room Acoustics
The latest draft x83-BCO-pwd-060921.doc was reviewed in detail. Here a final discussion was made, item by item. Changes and corrections have been added to the draft.
A secretariat-formatted draft is awaited in order for final approval by the working group.
Liaisons
This group should continue working closely with AES2 to be certain of compatibility with AES-X083.
New projects
A new proposal has been done by R. Sauro to continue to work on section 2 of AES-4id-R.
Sauro will prepare a Proposal Initiation Request.

The next meeting is scheduled to be held in conjunction with the AES 124th Convention in Amsterdam, Netherlands, 2008-05.
