A Real Time Algorithm for Stereophonic-Multichannel Localization of Moving Sound Sources

Document Thumbnail

This paper presents a real-time stereophonic version of the model proposed by Moore (1983). The starting point is a concert situation for the electroacoustic music (with two or four channels); like this, the concert hall can assume every shape and dimension, creating a virtual sound environment quite independent of the shape and dimensions of the place where the music is played.
