On the Measurement of Vertical Recorded Angle in Stereo Disc Recording

Since the introduction of the stereo disc record in early 1958, many efforts have been made to improve the quality of the reproduced music. Distortion is naturally one of the important items of quality. The problem of distortion has attracted special attention and it has been found that the vertical recorded angle of the stereo disc is quite different from the recorder design angle.
