About

I studied in Beijing and also in Berlin with major in Broadcast Engineering. I worked for several years at SIEMENS in Germany, Austria and lastly in China as the Chief Representative Officer for audio and video systems. Since 2005 I have worked as an audio engineering expert for the International Olympic Broadcasting. I was the director and chief engineer for audio engineering for 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.
I was one of the pioneers of stereo and surround sound for Chinese broadcasting stations, the first person installed Audio Work Station in Broadcast Stations, also one of the pioneers of surround sound systems in Olympic Broadcasting in China.
I'm also a professor of several universities.
I'm CEO of AIYISI Beijing Science & Technology Co. Ltd.
I'm the first Chair of new Beijing AES Section, the first section in Mainland China. Since 2017 I'm elected to be Vice-President of AES in charge of Asia-Pacific Region and the member of Board AES HQ.
