Summary

While usual guitar pickups show a construction height of about 2cm, the newly designed flatpup is only 4mm in height. Due to this special design, the pickup can be mounted directly between the strings and the top. Cutting holes into the top are not necessary any more. The presentation showed the design principle followed by a presentation of the very transparent sound, given on a Klangbox-guitar.
