Other business or activities at the meeting: 04/23/2012 Today we talked about: Recruitment - getting a list of members at school and in the area. Building that list to create email blasts to stay in contact. Committees - Recruitment, Tour, Competition, and Fundraisers Fundraisers toward gear to donate to the school. We need to work towards building our community. Staying true to the tour being AES members only. Competition: preproduction over the summer. Party: Dates, confirmation, Raffle prizes, and pizza
