The main jist of the meeting was the planning of the next event in Columbia, SC at USC. We hashed out all the major details including clinic topics, personnel at USC, the hang out afterwards, and other topics. This led to a discussion on how we do our social events. Eventually the body voted to send this topic to a committee to discuss how we could do this more efficiently vs. the way we are doing it now. That was approved and the committee was set.
