First meeting between AES Argentina, faculty advisors and students from Argentina.
On Friday, March 17, the first working and articulation meeting was held with the boards of the student sections and the board of the professional section of AES Argentina.
In an unprecedented event, the student sections of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires AES-AURAL, AES-EMC and AES-TAMABA, the Province of Buenos Aires AES-ECOS and the Province of Mendoza AES-IMAES participated along with their respective faculty advisors and the Chair and Vice Chair of AES-ARG.
for 180 minutes we worked on 3 topics. The first is to combine the efforts of all sections to improve the publication of reports. Regular working meetings to improve communication, keep membership up to date, and encourage the addition of new members to the audio community.
The second topic related to the publications we need to make that will reflect the work of the last Latin American Audio Conference AES LAC BUENOS AIRES 2022. These include the publication of the papers presented, the Latin American Students Plenary 2022 and the album created from the participating material of Category 5 of the Student Recording Competition.
Finally, we are evaluating the strategies we need to pursue to strengthen the links between existing and future student sections, their projects for this year, and the accompaniment we can provide from the Professional Section.
