Kyra then spoke about the CRAS Mentor Program, an all-important tool provided to students to ensure their academic success by connecting them with upper cycle students for help with any topics that they are struggling with.

Kyra then talked about the CRAS "pass the aux" playlist. This is a playlist created by CRAS students, for CRAS students. All of the music is affiliated with the Conservatory in some way, whether mixed by CRAS students, created by CRAS students, or even written by CRAS students. The playlist refreshes every week with brand new songs.

We then had our Audio aesthetics segment, Hosted by Kyra Phillips (CRAS AES President). We watched a video by badhabit about the SZA song "Kill Bill" and how it was made. The drums in the track are very short and dry; they almost have a lofi sound to them. He uses almost all Arturia plugins to remake the beat including their CS80 and mellotron plugins. He also used XLN additive drums and Spectrasonics Keyscape.

We then had our Free Plugin of the week segment, hosted by Zo Creer (CRAS AES Co-Secretary). Today's segment was on Spitfire LABS. Zo gave us a demonstration and tutorial on how to use Spitfire LABS to the fullest potential. Spitfire LABS is an "infinite series of FREE software instruments, made by musicians,. for musicians" (Spitfire, 2023). Zo showed us a beat and score he made using only Spitfire LABS

We then discussed Rhiannon Ward's Vocal lessons class, she has been professionally trained for 5 years and has 1 year teaching experience

Current AES Subgroups were briefly discussed, including Songwriting subgroup, Sound design subgroup and Synthesizer subgroup.
