Our section board gathered in a new meeting held last Monday, April 25. For us, it was a special meeting for us; we gathered to formally discuss our situation for the first time since the sad loss of our section secretary, Federico Morales, last Friday, April 8.
A new secretary was elected, Martín Adrover.
We talked about the continuity of the projects and departments and how to enhance participation of the new members in those projects, focusing on how to generate new meetings in an efficient way. We also discussed about the work developed in the area of content curation of our audiovisual material, community management, and website management, among others. Our work with other sections worldwide and the preparation of the section for the "Conteo" of the AES LAC was also discussed, in terms of which projects are potentially prepared to be presented.
