On Monday, June 14, the student Elián Domínguez shared with those attending the weekly meeting of the Student Section his experience in the use of dynamic processes within the mix. Precisely he paid more attention to the parallel compression of the basic tracks of a multitrack recording using the "omnipressor".
During 40 minutes he carried out different tests and compared the different configurations that the processor allows to finally make comparisons between other models of audio compressors.
These experiences are part of the "previous activities" to the participation of the members of the Section in the Student Recording Contest to be held in the next Latin American Audioconference 2021.
