Robert Sinicak (Czech Radio) talks about DAB.
Czech Section met at their annual meeting in which apart from administration and legal issues of the Association rich technical program was presented. Richard Sinicak from the Czech Radio presented the present state of the DAB in the Czech Republic, Jiri Schimmel from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications, Brno University of Technology gave a very comprehensive survey on Ambisonics and after that he presented changes in their master program in Audio Engineering. After a break Marek Fric from the Academy of Performing Arts talked about his research of human voice, both singing and pathologic. To end the day Tomas Vojtech from SVMtech presented both history and news of B&K products. Although the meeting was scheduled from 9:30 till 13:00 we were leaving after 15:00.
