There is a free concert for members of Grammy 365 on October 26th in Memphis. We might not make it there, because of the NY convention.
- Nashville Recording Workshop and Expo - May 14/15
Some people will be going to this
- 135th Annual International AES Convention - Oct. 17-20 @ New York
A lot of people showed interest in going. We will also have some submissions for the contest. Save the date!
- Nashville Trip
Travis Atkinson will come to Bloomington and have Sessions on April 25/26. Then we will go back to Nashville with him the following weekend. Konrad Strauss will come and we will visit Brendon Benson's Studio, Ben Fold's Studio and a Record Cutting Factory.
- Memphis Trip
We will not go to Memphis this semester, but in the Fall
- Presenters at IU
Mark Rubel will come next semester. We will contact Mike Grabowski from Russian Recording to do a workshop about tape at Russian. We are trying to get in contact with Adrian Younge to give a presentation when he is playing a show at the Bluebird. Also Jonathan Pines and Doug McBride might come.
