Mark Rau is a Ph.D. student at Stanford University's Center for Computer Research in Music and Acoustics (CCRMA). He holds a B.Sci. in Physics, as well as a B.Mus. with concentrations in jazz and music technology, both from McGill University. His research interests include audio signal processing and physical modeling, with particular interest given to audio effect and instrument modeling.
