Digital Signage: Drive Traffic To Your Booth!
Your static or moving image can reach AES attendees via a 20’ x 5’ 7” color digital display mounted above the entrance to the Hall D exhibition space.
Scheduled items will run all four days of the convention. The signage is visible as the attendees descend the escalators into the convention space.

Rotation: Static images appear for 8 seconds and repeat in continuous loop with other images. Video/moving image files may run up to 30 seconds, and run in the continuous loop with other static/moving images.

Technical Specifications for Image/Movie Files
• Files must be formatted to 960 x 256 pixels.
• Static Images must be in one of the following file formats: JPEG, PNG or BMP.
• Movie Files must be rendered as .WMV files with the following specifications:
• 30 fps
• 8000 bps bit rate
• 960 x 256 pixels
• No audio playback is possible
• 30 sec length, maximum
