A Study on the Transfer Functions of Sound Localization Using Binaural Earphones
Sound image localization achieved via binaural earphones is indispensable for a virtual sound system. This paper presents seven methods to get the transfer function of sound localization using binaural earphones. The numerical calculation error, the calculation time, and the subjective assessment score are considered as evaluation terms. Comprehensive tests identify the most suitable method.
