The Modulated Phasor Transforms

In this paper, the authors derive a new filterbank family from the modulated orthogonal transforms theory. With fast algorithms, a high degree of freedom, and a physical interpretation in terms of phase and modulus, it is proving to be particularly well-suited to digital audio processing.
