Theoretical and Experimental Analysis and Computer Simulation of Heat-Transfer Mechanisms in Electrodynamic Loudspeakers
Some physical models for heat exchange processes in electrodynamic loudspeakers based on experimental studies results are proposed. Some mathematical models, including heat-transfer equation, taking into account qualitative flows and coupling conditions for different elements of magnetic circuit and voice coil, are made. Some algorithms and software packages, which make it possible to perform calculations of temperature fields distribution (account for heat conduction, forced convection, and heat radiation) and to numerically estimate the influence of design parameters on temperature operating conditions of LS, have been developed.
