TEABBA (Top End Aboriginal Bush Broadcasting Association) is described. It is a unique and expanding indigenous radio network which reaches 28 aboriginal communities scattered over the top end of Australia`s Northern Territory. Its support base BRACS (Broadcasting Remote Aboriginal Scheme) is discussed, the establishment and history of the network is covered, and future plans are explained.
