Impulse Measurement of Acoustic Impedance of Horns

The impulse measurement of acoustic impedance is based on the Fourier transforms of sound pressure pulses. The new type of the source of the acoustic volume-velocity pulses with a high internal acoustic impedance is described. A lot of practical horns were measured: exponential, multicellular, rectangular and folded horns. The power range of horns is 100 W to 3000 W. Complex and transfer acoustic impedance was measured for all types.
