Computer Control and Supervision of the Audio System for the Pennsylvania Convention Center
In this state-of-the-art facility, audio systems serve over 330 000 sq. ft. of exhibit space, 45 meeting rooms, a 30 000-sq.-ft. ballroom, and a monumental Great Hall. Two control computers allow the operator to configure and monitor the systems which are used for speech and music reinforcement as well as life safety. This paper presents the control systems used to meet the facilities' need for integrated program and life-safety systems.
