Dynamical Measurement of Non-Linear Parameters of Electrodynamical Loudspeakers and their Interpretation
A dynamical measuring method is presented to determine the nonlinear parameters, these are the coefficients in the series expansion of the excursion-varying parameters. By this method, the dominant causes of nonlinear distortion can also be identified and indications for constructional improvements can be derived. The interpretation of the nonlinear parameters and questions of adequate measurement for nonlinear distortions are discussed.
