The Delta Stereophony System (DSS) in the City Hall of Stade and in the Open-Air Theater Trachselwald
The multipurpose hall sound system "DSS" introduced to the AES in 1980 (London) and further developed is described now in its newest application in a multipurpose city hall "stadium" which is used for theater and music performances (in Strade near Hamburg). Another interesting application is the use of the DSS for open air spectacles for more than 3000 visitors in a beautiful valley in Switzerland (Trachselwald). Methods and results are described.
