Room acoustics play an important part in the operation of teleconferencing systems. By carefully controlling the room`s acoustics, an environment conductive to meeting and teleconferencing can be created. Ideally, the acoustic performance of the room should be predicted and any required treatment materials prescribed before construction. In this study, predicted values for decay times are compared to measured values from recently constructed teleconference rooms.
