Car Audio has achieved the status of hi-fidelity in terms of frequency response and dynamic range. However, due to constraints of the listening environment, one key element is still missing: Imaging. The author describes an invention which allows each listener within the automobile to perceive an accurate stereophonic image, without degradation or alteration of the originally intended program material performance.
