A Dual-Baffle Loudspeaker Enclosure for Balanced Reverberant Response

An enclosure design is presented, whereby a dynamic loudspeaker may be made more nearly omnidirectional throughout its frequency range without compromising the axial frequency response. This permits the frequency response of the reverberant soundfield to more closely mirror the axial frequency response, with subjective benefits.
