A Professional Digital Audio Mixer
A complete digital audio mixer with 8-channel inputs, 2-channel outputs for line, and 4-channel outputs for echo sending, has been developed using the digital signal processing techniques which can be applied to level controlling, mixing 2-channel and 8-channel simultaneously in real time calculation. All signal inputs and outputs are digital data composed of 16 bits linear quantization. The calculating method and its practical applications and actual constructions are also described in this paper.
