On the Room Acoustic Design of Listening Rooms

For the listening room planned for monitoring audio product, two considerations were made as follows. One of them is the method of acoustical material arrangement for walls, the other is the correlation between subjective impressions and acoustic characteristics by impulse response measurement, regarding early reflections from the wall. For monitoring and evaluating audio products, it is required for it to absorb early reflections from the wall, but for full musical enjoyment, the early reflections were confirmed to be effective.
