Advance in Turntable and Tone Arm Design

The characteristics of a record playing system are divided in two categories; one is related to the turntable, the other is the tone arm. This paper deals with two improvements, one for each area. These improvements have been incorporated into the Sony PS-8750 turntable system and are discussed here as they relate to it.
