Large-Scale Integration in Organ Design

The development of MOS large-scale integration (LSI) has prompted investigation of organ systems. Functional blocks of current and proposed integrated circuit systems and an appraisal of the musical results of each are delineated. The longer range possibilities of LSI is also explored.
