Music tapes of professional quality are generated from professional quality duplicating equipment and magnetic tapes. Tape qualification standrds set by the tape manufacturer and the duplicator must be met to gain duplicator acceptance. Discussed are the many facets of tape quality as the duplicator's continuing source of tape supply.
