A means is described that permits two amplifiers to share a common load, yet prevents either amplifier, after developing a defect of any kind, from affecting the power output of the surviving amplifier; an automatic warning is given. This means has been extended to provide remote testing facility for use in wide-area, high-level voice warning systems.
