I cofounded my company in 1998 and have been working on countless digital audio and industrial design development. We specialize in DSP development, FPGA design, embedded Linux development, audio conversion stages, and all types of digital audio interconnectivity (USB, IEEE-1394, Audio-over-Ethernet, custom links) as well as wireless connections.
Since 2014 my company is part of the RCF Group, and we now develop new products.
In 2013, Umberto Zanghieri was presented with the AES Board of Governors Award in recognition of his chairing the 134th International AES Convention in Rome, Italy, on May 4–7, 2013.
In 2013, Umberto Zanghieri was presented with the AES Citation Award in recognition for the great work he has done for the Italian section of the Audio Engineering Society and for his dedication and commitment to the growth of our community.
In 2015, Umberto Zanghieri was presented with the AES Board of Governors Award in recognition of his Chairing the 136th AES Convention in Berlin in 2014.
In 2015, Umberto Zanghieri was presented with the AES Board of Governors Award in recognition of his co-chairing the 138th AES Convention in Warsaw, Poland, in May 2015.
