Oliver Thiergart

Oliver Thiergart is a Senior Researcher at the International Audio Laboratories Erlangen. He received the Dipl.-Ing. (M.Sc.) degree in Mediatechnology from the Ilmenau University of Technology, Germany, in 2008. He then joined the Audio Department of the Fraunhofer IIS in Erlangen. In 2011, he became a member of the International Audio Laboratories Erlangen where he received his Ph.D. in 2015. Oliver's current research interests include parametric spatial sound processing, microphone arrays, spatial filtering, and parameter estimation.
