Matthew Stephenson

Matthew Stephenson was born in Coventry, England, in 1983 and graduated from the University of Huddersfield in 2006 with a B.Sc. (Hons) in Music Technology and Audio Systems. He received a Certificate in Biblical Studies with distinction at Covenant School of Ministries, Cardiff in 2007. Matthew was awarded a PhD from the University of Salford in 2012. His work focused on building a greater understanding of our perception of low frequency sound fields. After spending some time with the BBC developing next generation television applications, Matthew returned to the University of Huddersfield, where he now lectures in Music Technology.
